The Yamato YAMATO Intelligent Spray Dryer ADL312SC-A supplied by Guangzhou Jincheng Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is suitable for water-soluble and organic solvent samples (when connected to GAS411C), directly drying solutions or suspensions into fine powder. Maximum moisture evaporation capacity: 1500 ml/h. The resulting fine powder has low moisture content, is oxidation-free, and contamination-free.
Spray Dryer Features:
Instantaneous heating of fine particles ensures that even heat-sensitive samples are not oxidized, resulting in uniform fine powder.
The fine powder after spraying has low moisture content, is oxidation-free, and contamination-free.
The drying chamber capacity is approximately 9.7L, and with the cyclone separator and product container, it totals about 15L.
The product is directly dried from solution or suspension samples into fine powder, eliminating the need for pre- and post-treatment operations such as filtration, separation, and grinding associated with traditional drying methods, and avoiding contamination issues caused by these operations.
It can be connected to the organic solvent recovery unit GAS411C for handling organic solvents.
The drying chamber, cyclone separator, etc., feature a quick assembly and disassembly structure, further improving operability.
Equipped with a standard lifting platform for installing and dismantling accessories.
The machine is equipped with a power socket (2A) for the stirrer, facilitating sample feeding while stirring suspensions.
