Purpose and Characteristics of the Silo Fluidization Device

       The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor is a key equipment in the coal powder conveying process, ingeniously installed at the lower part of the injection tank. This device primarily uses a liquid-diffusion metal mesh plate as the main material, with an internal gas distributor that ensures uniform airflow distribution throughout the fluidized bed. This design enhances the fluidization effect of the coal powder, ultimately achieving efficient conveying.

       Performance Parameters  The medium suitable for this equipment is a mixture of pulverized coal and air, or pulverized coal and nitrogen. It operates within a wide temperature range of 0 to 100°C. In terms of design pressure, it can withstand pressures from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa.

       Depending on the different forms of the pulverized coal conveying process, this equipment is divided into "top discharge" and "bottom discharge" types. The top discharge fluidization device is precisely machined with umbrella-like layered stacking, connected via fasteners or welding. The width of each layer is precisely controlled to ensure it is no less than 50mm, while the interlayer gap is strictly limited to no more than 0.8mm. This design ensures that the flow area is always larger than the cross-section of the gas source pipeline when calculating the required gas volume for conveying.
        During natural feeding of the silo pump, due to the wide layered area and minimal interlayer gaps, the powder does not easily enter the fluidization disk but instead forms a natural accumulation angle on its surface. During the conveying process, compressed air is ejected at high speed through the multi-layer gaps, forming multiple annular airflows that uniformly fluidize the powder at the bottom of the pump. The fluidized, boiling-like powder then smoothly enters the conveying pipeline under the pressure difference.

      Additionally, the SLH-type top discharge fluidization device in this product is designed to match the top discharge system of the coal injection tank, featuring integrated and split-bed designs. The XLH-type bottom discharge fluidization device is specifically designed for bottom discharge coal injection systems and is suitable for the lower part of the coal powder silo. The product can be manufactured in various specifications, including coal inlet sizes from DN1000 to DN400 and coal outlet sizes from DN600 to DN1500.

        This equipment is not only structurally sophisticated but also highly practical and adaptable, capable of meeting the demands of pulverized coal conveying under various working conditions.
