JIT-Q8311 Air Compressor Carbon DepositCleaner is compounded from various surfactants and organic additives, representing anew generation of water-soluble, biodegradableair compressor cleaner by JIT. This productfeatures excellent permeability, emulsification, and the ability to removeoil dirt and coke. Applicable Advantages

It eliminates the need to disassemble the compressor head or remove and install components such as oil circuit radiators, saving time and effort, reducing labor costs, and minimizing downtime.

Air Compressor Oil Circuit Cleaning Method

1. Drain the oil from the machine's oil-gas tank and add this product to the oil-gas tank (if the coking is severe and the oil in the compressor head and oil-gas tank cannot be drained, heating can be used for cleaning. Coking substances will reduce in viscosity and become fluid when heated; boiling water can be added to the compressor head to dissolve the coke).

2. After adding this product, start the machine and run it until the temperature reaches above 80 degrees Celsius, maintain for about 5 minutes, then shut down. Open the oil drain switch and discharge the cleaning liquid completely.

3. Add water or new lubricating oil to the oil-gas tank, start the machine, and run it to flush impurities from the oil circuit (if using water, control the running time to within 3-5 minutes; if using oil for cleaning, the running time can be appropriately extended). If there are many impurities, increase the number of flushes appropriately.

4. After cleaning, use compressed air for blowing to discharge any residual liquid as much as possible.

5. Replace the oil separator element, add oil, and start the machine for operation.
