Working Principle

During operation, contaminated oil is drawn into the machine by vacuum under atmospheric pressure, entering through the inlet into the heater. The heated oil then passes through the primary filter, where large particles are removed. The oil proceeds to the water separator—vacuum separator—and flows through a specialized dispersion device. This device creates a vast surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing the contaminated oil to a low-humidity vacuum environment, thereby removing water, air, and gases. The mixture of evaporated water vapor and gases condenses into liquid through the water tank and cooler, entering the water collector together, while residual gases are extracted by the vacuum pump. The dewatered oil is pumped by the discharge pump into the fine filter to remove microscopic impurities, completing one purification cycle and producing purified oil. Depending on the water content, multiple cycles may be required to fully remove moisture.

Pre-Use Preparation and Inspection

1. All components of the oil purifier are adjusted and tested before leaving the factory. Upon arrival at the site, inspect all parts to ensure they are intact and undamaged.

2. Place the oil purifier on a stable surface. Connect the oil inlet to the oil tank's lower discharge port and the oil outlet to the upper part of the tank.

3. After long-distance transportation, retighten all connection points, such as flange joints and filter cover plates.

4. Refer to the electrical wiring diagram for external connections to the control panel. Connect a 380V three-phase four-wire AC power supply through the lower left side hole of the electrical control cabinet. Ensure the control panel casing is reliably grounded, and connect the power and ground wires properly. Inspect the wiring connections at the distribution cabinet, oil pump, vacuum pump, and heater to ensure they are secure and insulated.

5. Turn on the main power switch and check if the power indicator light is on. If not, troubleshoot according to the circuit diagram.

6. Jog the vacuum pump for two seconds to observe if the motor rotates clockwise (viewed from the motor end). The motor has a rotation arrow indicator; ensure the rotation direction matches the arrow. If not, reverse the power phase. Test the oil pump motor direction in the same manner, and check for any blockages in the vacuum pump-motor and oil pump-motor systems.

7. Close all valves connected to the external environment. Start the vacuum pump, and when the vacuum reaches -0.08 MPa, stop the pump. Observe the vacuum gauge for 5 minutes; if the vacuum drops too quickly, locate and fix any leaks until the machine is completely airtight.

8. During online operation for hydraulic oil and other mechanical oil treatment, supplement with the same grade of oil as needed to maintain normal oil levels in the tank.

For heating, set the temperature controller to the working temperature (recommended between 60°C and 80°C). A red light indicates the standby state. The temperature controller features automatic constant-temperature heating: it turns off the heater when the oil reaches the set temperature and reactivates it when the temperature falls below the set value.
