The single prop seal quality detection system is mainly used for testing the sealing quality of single hydraulic props after maintenance. It primarily consists of an intelligent control display, pressure sensor, communication interface, computer, printer, and connecting cables. Each intelligent control display is designed with a single-chip microcomputer, forming a computer network detection (monitoring) system with the system computer. The computer connects to all intelligent control displays via a communication interface using a single four-core cable (two cores for power lines, two cores for communication lines), making installation convenient.

Main technical features are as follows:

1. Each pressure sensor is equipped with an intelligent control display that shows the pressure applied to the sensor in real time.

2. The intelligent control display also features audible and visual alerts for unqualified results.

3. Each pressure sensor can operate independently. Once the prop pressure reaches the required level, the controller automatically recognizes it and begins calculating the pressure drop percentage, reducing detection time.

4. The pressure sensor uses imported sensing chips that are further processed, ensuring no drift, high precision, moisture resistance, no need for sensor constants, and free interchangeability, making it highly convenient for use and maintenance.
