CCZ1000 Direct-Reading Dust Concentration Meter -

The CCZ-1000 Direct-Reading Dust Concentration Meter is a newly designed instrument for measuring dust concentration in ambient air, developed in accordance with MT163-1997 "General Specifications for Direct-Reading Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments." It is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises to detect coal dust and other types of dust.

This instrument utilizes processor technology, enabling fast processing of collected data, strong anti-interference capability, and improved detection accuracy. It can also store up to 50 test records in chronological order. The instrument consists of a Chinese display screen, an air pump, a dust concentration detection circuit, an under-voltage protection display, and a power supply. Equipped with a dust trap, it can capture respirable dust concentration, with separation efficiency meeting the "BMRC" curve standard. The instrument supports both automatic and manual sampling modes to accommodate different detection standards. Designed with an ExibI (150°C) structure, it is suitable for use in coal mines and other hazardous gas environments.
