SGS Type Dual-Function Coal Seam Water Injection Meter-

The coal seam water meter is an essential instrument for coal seam water injection. Currently, there are two types of specialized high-pressure water meters capable of simultaneously measuring pressure and flow for coal seam water injection: the SGS type dual-function high-pressure water meter and the SGS type high-pressure water meter. SGS Type Dual-Function Coal Seam Water Injection Meter

Primarily used for measuring water volume, flow rate, and pressure during coal seam water injection and spray dust reduction in underground coal mining faces. It can also be applied in other scenarios requiring simultaneous measurement of water volume, flow rate, and pressure. It mainly consists of an upper casing, lower casing, impeller, impeller chamber, pressure-bearing plate, water volume indicator, and pressure indicator.
The SGS type dual-function high-pressure coal seam water injection meter can simultaneously measure the pressure, flow rate, and water volume of coal seam water injection. It employs a digital wheel-type metering mechanism, which is intuitive and easy to read. The metering accuracy meets relevant national standards. The casing is made of lightweight anti-magnetic, anti-impact, and friction-spark-resistant material, making it lightweight and resistant to theft due to its material properties. Compared to ordinary water meters, this meter can withstand high pressures up to 16 MPa and has a long service life.
