Wuxi Jiangke's JPS Cheese Sauce Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier is a versatile mixing system specifically developed for food sauces, also used in the production of emulsions and suspensions, beverages, cosmetics, chemical industries, and more. This emulsifier complies with GMP standards, ensuring high precision and safety. The JPS cheese sauce emulsifier allows for direct feeding of solids and liquids, mixing and dispersion of materials in the kettle, heating or cooling of the product, and processing under vacuum or pressure.

A specially designed rotor pump with high circulation performance provides turbulence in the kettle, gentle circulation (shear-free) of the self-cleaning system, and sufficient pressure and flow.

A dispersion head (rotor-stator system) generates high shear forces, ensuring long-term stability and dispersion of ultra-fine droplets. The design of the PLM emulsifier creates strong negative pressure in the product flow, reliably conveying materials to the working chamber.

Depending on process requirements, an integrated valve can feed through a single-stage gentle pump or process and disperse in two stages.

A special mixing element that changes the direction of rotation ensures uniform longitudinal and transverse mixing. For processing higher viscosity products—up to 100,000 mPas—a counter-rotating stirring system is used, including an external stirrer and an internal stirrer. This rotating stirring system operates in opposite directions and can be heated or cooled. Another spiral stirrer allows for heating or cooling and is suitable for viscosities up to approximately 30,000 mPas. Additional flexible PTFE scraper attachments prevent sediment from adhering to the container wall.

After processing, the product can be completely discharged without further pumping. Processing is controlled via a modern touch monitor, and the electrical control can be extended as needed to ensure the quality of the cheese sauce product.


Equipment Highlights:

1. New design, bidirectional frame-type helical ribbon scraping agitation. The blade curvature, tilt angle, and shape are scientifically determined based on extensive feedback data, ensuring higher efficiency. Additionally, the outer ring of the blade is equipped with a helical ribbon design, allowing materials to mix not only horizontally but also tumble vertically for better mixing results. Furthermore, the blade processing technology uses seamless welding, full polishing, no dead corners, and no residue.

2. Bottom homogenization, German technology high-shear toothed homogenization head, capable of producing high-quality emulsified products.

3. Vacuum degassing, equipped with a high-power water ring vacuum pump for stronger vacuum suction.
