Empty Section Cleaner O-Type Cleaner

The empty section cleaner is suitable for cleaning the non-working surface of the conveyor belt. The scraper blade is made of polyurethane board, which has a low friction coefficient, is corrosion-resistant, fracture-resistant, and does not damage the belt, ensuring high safety. It also features a simple structure and is easy to maintain.

Performance Characteristics: This product uses two types of scraper blades—one made of high-wear-resistant special hard alloy and the other of wear-resistant rubber. The buffer function automatically adjusts the contact pressure between the scraper blade and the belt, ensuring thorough cleaning without damaging the belt. It is easy to install, adjust, and replace, helps eliminate environmental pollution, reduces maintenance workload for workers, and extends the service life of the belt.

Empty Section Cleaner   Installation and Adjustment

During installation, first determine the installation position. Weld the front hanger rod to the cleaner's triangular plate, then weld the crossbeam to the frame. Adjust the front hanger rod screw to rest on the crossbeam and adjust the distance between the scraper and the belt. Weld the rear hanger angle iron under the frame channel steel to suspend the tail of the cleaner, allowing automatic adjustment of the cleaner.
