Primary Polyurethane Cleaner  

H-type high molecular polyurethane cleaner  Applicable for removing materials adhering to the belt at the unloading drum, available in bidirectional and unidirectional blade heads, categorized as a primary cleaner. It automatically adjusts the contact pressure between the cleaner blade and the conveyor belt, ensuring the force between the blade and the running belt remains within an appropriate range. This results in thorough cleaning without damaging the belt. The blade material is high molecular polyurethane, featuring low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, high strength, stable cleaning performance, corrosion resistance, and fracture resistance without harming the belt. Suitable for conveyor belts in industries such as power, metallurgy, and mining. Its service life is 3–4 times that of alloy rubber cleaners.

Installed slightly below the centerline of the head drum, its blade is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, does not damage the belt, and extends the belt's service life.
