Cement Plant Belt Conveyor Hydraulic Deviation Adjuster 
I. Overview Our company's fully automatic hydraulic deviation adjustment device requires no power supply. When the belt deviates, contact with the drive wheel generates power, which drives the oil pump to pressurize and transmit hydraulic fluid through the circuit to the valve body and then into the oil cylinder. This causes the piston rod of the oil cylinder to extend or retract, driving the deviation-adjusting idler frame to correct the belt. At this point, the movement direction of the deviation-adjusting idler frame forms a certain angle with the belt, and friction between the deviation-adjusting idler and the deviating belt keeps the belt centered, thereby achieving automatic correction of belt deviation. The fully automatic hydraulic belt deviation adjustment device operates automatically under hydraulic force, with reliable performance. Our factory provides on-site installation guidance. It can correct belt deviation in both directions. II. Structure and Principle        The adjuster consists of a detection drive wheel, oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve body components, and frame. When the belt runs off-center, it contacts the detection drive wheel, which drives the oil pump to pressurize. Through the integrated circuit of the valve body, programmed control is achieved, causing the oil cylinder piston rod to extend or retract. This drives the self-aligning idler frame to pivot in the predetermined direction. At this point, the linear movement direction of the self-aligning idler forms an angle with the belt's movement direction, and the resulting friction force drives the belt to run centered, thereby achieving automatic and random correction of belt deviation.
