LB—Ⅲ Type Single and Double Layer Bar Gate Valve

Application

A gate valve developed to meet the process requirements for conveying control and feeding of small and medium-sized solid and lump materials in industries such as building materials, mining, and metallurgy. It is only used for control of materials ≤50mm.

Features

This valve has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and is not prone to jamming. It overcomes the characteristics of large opening and closing forces, or even inability to close, caused by large particle sizes in flat gate valves.

Since this valve uses a single bar operation, it is convenient and flexible to operate. The overall structure is welded with high-quality steel, offering good rigidity, no deformation, long service life, and no need for maintenance. It is an ideal device for controlling small and medium-sized crystalline and lump materials.

Working Principle

This valve mainly consists of a frame and bars. When the bars are inserted into the frame, they form a parallel grid plate that blocks lump materials on one side of the valve. If one bar is removed, a larger gap appears, allowing materials to pass through to the other side of the valve. The number of bars removed should be determined based on the process requirements.
