I. Overview of Electric Actuator:
DT series electric actuator is a general-purpose manipulator that converts electrical energy into reciprocating mechanical energy, suitable for various complex or simple process flows. It features compact structure, easy installation, reliable use, simple maintenance, and energy saving. Compared with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, it not only eliminates complex systems and reduces weight but is also not limited by climate and environment, enabling remote centralized or automatic control. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, transportation, grain, chemical, building materials, and other sectors.
II. Structure and Performance of Electric Actuator:
1、Structure:
The electric actuator consists of a motor, reduction gears, screw rod, copper nut, guide sleeve, piston rod, bearing seat, bearing seat, spring, cylinder seat, connecting fork, and photoelectric proximity switch device (optional by users).
2、Working Principle:
After one or two stages of gear reduction, the motor drives the screw nut pair to convert the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion. Utilizing the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, the reciprocating action of the actuator is achieved. The output push and pull forces are equal. By adjusting the length of various levers, the stroke can be extended. 3、Overload Automatic Protection Function:
The electric actuator is equipped with an internal overload automatic protection device. When the actuator reaches the limit position or the load exceeds a certain value of the rated thrust, the actuator will automatically cut off the power supply to provide protection, preventing damage to the motor and other components. However, this should not be used as a limit switch during normal operation. Therefore, an external travel limit switch device must be installed separately on the machine. Our factory can configure a photoelectric proximity switch device for users to control the normal start and stop of the actuator.
I. Principle and Function
1、Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic actuator uses an electric motor as the power source. Through the forward (or reverse) rotation of the motor, hydraulic oil is output by a bidirectional gear pump, passes through the oil circuit integrated block, and is sent to the working cylinder to achieve the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
2、Overload Automatic Protection Function: During operation, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point while the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure. The relief valve quickly and accurately relieves the pressure, achieving overload automatic protection. Although the motor is running, it will not burn out.
3、Self-Locking Function: The oil circuit integrated block of the electro-hydraulic actuator is designed with a hydraulic self-locking mechanism. When the motor stops, the piston rod immediately stops at a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-maintaining state.
4、According to user requirements, stepless speed adjustment can be performed within the rated speed range.
5、Stepless adjustment of push and pull forces within the rated output force range.
6、Stepless adjustment of stroke within the rated stroke range using electrical control.
7、Electric actuators are currently divided into 12 levels based on rated thrust: 25, 100, 300, 500, 700, 1000, 1600, 3200, 5000, 10000, 20000, 30000 kg. Strokes are available in 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300 mm. Each stroke has two speed options: 42 or 84, 50 or 100, 26.6 or 53.2.
