Product Description:NIKONikoAmerican Standardbellows globe valve is welded by automatic roll welding, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring a zero-leakage design of the valve stem. The bellows globe valve internally adopts a bellows structure, with the lower end of the stainless steel bellows welded to the valve stem via a stainless steel gasket to prevent process fluid from corroding the valve stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. With a dual sealing design, if the bellows fail, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage. The bellows are welded to the valve stem to maintain stable operating performance, avoiding valve stem vibration caused by disc vibration. Standard design includes double-layer bellows, heat-dissipating valve cover design, lubricant storage device design, circlip-fixed valve stem nut design, reasonable product structure, reliable sealing performance, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The sealing surface is overlaid with Co-based hard alloy, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, good anti-friction performance, and long service life. The valve stem is quenched and tempered with surface nitriding treatment, providing excellent corrosion and friction resistance. The valve stem's lifting position indicator offers more intuitive operation. Component materials, flange, and butt-weld dimensions can be reasonably selected based on actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs. The key component of the bellows globe valve, the metal bellows, is automatically roll-welded at the lower end to the valve stem assembly and at the upper end to the connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem; friction-free switching, wear-resistant sealing, and low opening and closing torque. This globe valve adopts a unique bellows sealing design, completely eliminating the problem of valve stem packing seal leakage and meeting the most stringent leakage level requirements.
