The valve body uses German coated sand casting technology, greatly improving the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reducing the occurrence of pores, sand holes, and cracks, and enhancing the tensile strength of the casting. When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with a 'scraping effect' automatically removes surface impurities, ensuring reliable sealing and longer service life of the valve disc. Dual sealing design (bellows + packing), compliant with international sealing standards. All bellows are 100% tested with helium, and all valves are 100% tested to standard, ensuring no leakage. For products above DN150, a special device (patented by our company) is installed to effectively prevent shaking, noise, and internal damage during use, extending the service life by more than 150%. Various valve disc designs can be provided according to working condition requirements, such as throttling type valve disc, globe check type valve disc, etc.
