Functional Introduction

1. Capable of measuring various elements in non-ferrous metals, suitable for multiple metal matrices such as aluminum-based, copper-based, and zinc-based. Full-spectrum technology covers the entire elemental analysis range, allowing channel elements to be selected according to customer needs;

2. Fast analysis speed, completing the measurement of all channel elements within 20 seconds. For different analysis materials, by setting pre-ignition time and calibration lines, the instrument achieves optimal analysis results in a shorter time;

3. The optical system uses a constant temperature optical chamber. The arc flame generated during excitation is directly guided into the optical chamber by a lens, achieving a direct optical path, eliminating optical path loss, improving detection limits, ensuring accurate measurement results, and excellent reproducibility and long-term stability;

4. Special optical chamber structure design, compact and lightweight;

5. Automatic optical path calibration. The optical system automatically performs spectral line scanning to ensure correct reception, eliminating tedious peak scanning work. The instrument automatically identifies specific spectral lines, compares them with stored lines, determines the drift position, and finds the current pixel position of the analysis line for measurement;

6. Open electrode holder design with adjustable sample clamps, facilitating the analysis of samples of various shapes and sizes;

7. Calibration curves use international standard samples, with pre-made calibration curves that can be extended and expanded as needed. Each curve is generated by exciting dozens of standard samples, automatically deducting interference;

8. HEPS digital solid-state light source, adaptable to various materials;

9. Copper spark table base, improving heat dissipation and sturdiness;

10. Reasonable argon gas path design shortens the argon flushing time during sample excitation, saving argon for users. Argon consumption is less than half of ordinary spectrometers;
