The XRY-1D-2 fully automatic calorimeter (oxygen bomb calorimeter) is an instrument from our company that connects to a computer. It uses the CAN bus interface protocol, allowing simultaneous connection to multiple calorimeters, storing a large amount of data, and offering flexible report design and output formats. This instrument can be used to measure the calorific value of solid and liquid combustible materials such as coal, petroleum, grain, feed, and cement raw meal.

I. Main Features

1. The entire testing process uses Chinese prompts, making operation convenient, simple, and easy to grasp.

2. Cooling correction formulas can be freely selected (national standard, Swedish method).

3. Temperature reading, stirring, ignition, testing process, and result display, as well as calculations for heat capacity, bomb calorific value, and high/low calorific value, are all automatically completed by the microcontroller.

4. After five heat capacity tests, the computer automatically calculates constants such as average heat capacity, range, and relative standard deviation, automatically saves the data, and the system will automatically call these parameters for future calorific value tests.

5. Sample numbers can be automatically and continuously assigned or manually entered. The test date is automatically recorded, and a fixed-format report is output.

6. Items that need to be selected during testing but do not require changes every time, such as heat capacity, calorific value selection, correction formula selection, instrument heat capacity, and ignition wire heat, are automatically stored in the data memory once selected. They are automatically called during testing and remain unchanged until the next modification, unaffected by power outages.

7. Test results can be queried by date and number.

8. Large-capacity outer jacket and water tank with compressor refrigeration ensure constant water temperature, suitable for long-term continuous testing.

9. A high-borosilicate glass integrated quantitative water cup with minimal volume change ensures stable inner water volume and consistent test results.

10. Special oxygen bomb design (curved bottom) with strong pressure resistance and shortened main period time.

11. The cooling correction model ensures accurate test results for both high and low calorific value samples.

12. Real-time monitoring of laboratory temperature and humidity; automatic alerts for out-of-tolerance results.

13. Automatic transmission of sample codes and weight information; test data can be backed up and uploaded; experimental data is tamper-proof.
