I. Superiority
  The diaphragm-type microporous aerator is a new aeration device developed in the 1980s. This device features small aeration bubbles, a large gas-liquid contact area, uniform bubble diffusion, no pore clogging, and strong corrosion resistance. However, after years of operation, some difficult-to-resolve shortcomings have emerged, such as diaphragm detachment, diaphragm tearing, failure of the diaphragm to open, and sludge entering the air distribution pipes. Therefore, the company's R&D department, in collaboration with many domestic and international universities and research institutions, absorbed advanced international experience to overcome various technical challenges. They reformed the diaphragm aerator and developed a new generation of disc-type diaphragm microporous aerators with international advanced standards for the 21st century.

II. Main Technical Performance
  The variable microporous aerator is designed with a slightly convex arched surface, using ABS engineering plastic as the main material. The diaphragm is made of specially imported rubber (EPDM) with an anti-fouling surface, processed through special techniques. The perforations on the diaphragm are made using imported German CNC blades, ensuring high quality and precision. During oxygen aeration, the main disc is designed with four air delivery channels, allowing incoming air to be buffered by the check valve and directly sent to the center of the aerator head, ensuring the diaphragm opens easily with low resistance in one go. The diaphragm is assembled with threaded locking mechanisms to prevent detachment. During aeration, the microporous distribution membrane expands automatically to allow air passage. When aeration stops, the variable microporous openings on the distribution membrane close, preventing clogging due to their self-expanding and contracting nature. Additionally, the aerator's base is equipped with a check valve device that prevents mixed liquor from entering the air distribution pipes when the pipeline system stops supplying air, avoiding clogging in the pipes. The incoming air does not require special filtration, and intermittent aeration does not cause clogging. Significant technical improvements have been made to address common issues such as diaphragm tearing, failure to open, or clogging in variable microporous aerators. These technical reforms eliminate the need for maintenance during long-term operation, making it an excellent new-generation product.

Connection Method and Installation of Aeration Pipeline
  The aeration device consists of a rubber membrane microporous aerator, air distribution pipeline, regulator, connectors, cleaning device, etc. The air distribution pipeline is arranged in a ring shape, and the rubber membrane microporous aerator is arranged according to the air supply volume and pool shape density. The connection between the aerator and the air distribution pipeline uses G3/4 threaded connections. The base (fixed to the air distribution pipeline) and the rubber membrane microporous aerator have external threads. During installation, first fix the regulator to the pool bottom with expansion bolts according to the required dimensions, then fix the air distribution pipeline to the regulator. To prevent damage to the aeration device from other operations such as welding sparks and construction activities, or from heavy objects like concrete, the aerator must be installed after construction is completed and before filling the pool with water. To prevent air leakage from the pipeline and connections, a water test should be conducted with the water level about 10 cm above the aerator. Any air leakage at the connections of the air supply pipeline should be promptly addressed before正式投運(yùn)正式 commissioning.
