I. Common Types of Water Treatment Dosing Devices
1、Chemical Makeup Water and Condensate Ammonia Dosing System 

        The ammonia dosing system can achieve fully automatic control; besides manual preparation, the ammonia solution can also be automatically controlled. When the solution tank level falls below the set value, the water inlet valve automatically opens and closes when the high level is reached. In addition to manual control, the ammonia dosing amount can also be automatically controlled. After PID calculation by the PLC program control system, the frequency converter controls the dosing amount of the ammonia metering pump to achieve fully automatic dosing.
 2、Boiler Water Phosphate Dosing System 
 　  For the preparation of phosphate solution, trisodium phosphate is directly added to the dosing point of the solution tank, and the mixer is started for dissolution. Besides manual control, the phosphate dosing amount can also be fully automatically controlled. After PID calculation by the PLC program control system, the frequency converter controls the dosing amount of the phosphate metering pump to achieve automatic dosing.

III. Considerations for Selecting Water Treatment Dosing Devices
      1、When users select anautomatic dosing device, they should first determine the specifications based on the required dosing solution volume of the system (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume, and on-site conditions). Then, based on the dosing requirements, determine the dosing method (typically using "one operating and one standby" or multiple operating with one standby);
      2、Select the material of each component of the dosing device (stainless steel, carbon steel, non-metallic materials), the type of metering pump (diaphragm pump, plunger pump), or provide parameters of the dosing agent (name, concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, etc.) as needed;
