PAMDosing UnitOverview:
    The PAM dosing unit mainly consists of a solution tank, mixing tank (with agitator), metering pump, level gauge, electrical control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, and ladder (configurable based on user requirements).
    PAM, chemically known as polyacrylamide, is a water-soluble polymer that is insoluble in most organic solvents. It has excellent flocculation properties, reduces friction between liquids, and effectively aggregates colloidal substances and dispersed small particles in water.
    The equipment in the dosing room operates via centralized control. The dosing system's electrical control cabinet is installed in the control room, with on-site button boxes placed near each electric device. The control cabinet communicates with the polymer preparation unit in the PAM system and allows individual or聯(lián)動(dòng) operation of PAM dosing and screw pumps. It also enables individual and聯(lián)動(dòng) operation of all electrical equipment in the PAC dosing system, including electric ball valves, mixers, and PAC dosing screw pumps.

  Stainless steel must undergo pickling and passivation treatment; unspecified models are AISI304.
  Equipped motors and reducers use imported brands such as Nord, Flender, SEW, or equivalents.
  Control box enclosures are provided by the supplier, using Hansen polycarbonate or equivalent brands; brackets are supplied by the owner.
  Internal components of button boxes and control cabinets (cabinets) use ABB, Siemens, Schneider, or equivalent quality brands.
  All bolts, nuts, and other fasteners are made of stainless steel SS304.
