The double-color inner rib reinforced polyethylene (PE) spiral corrugated pipe uses polyethylene (PE) resin as the main raw material. On a forming cage with multiple rollers, the first extruder uses polyethylene masterbatch mixed with black masterbatch to extrude a molten black sheet, which is wound onto the rollers of the forming cage. Simultaneously, the second extruder uses polyethylene mixed with white masterbatch to extrude a white profiled strip with hollow tubular protrusions on both sides. After being shaped and vacuum water-cooled by a sizing sleeve, this strip is wound and fused onto the partially cooled black sheet already on the forming cage. The third extruder then extrudes white molten adhesive between the profiled strips, applying pressure so that two adjacent hollow cavities are squeezed and fused to form upright reinforced inner ribs with external corrugated protrusions. Finally, the fourth extruder extrudes a molten black sheet, which is wound and coated around the outer wall of the profiled strip, ultimately forming a double-color inner rib reinforced polyethylene (PE) pipe with black inner and outer layers and a white middle layer in the pipe wall.
