I. Pipe Introduction:

Steel Fiber Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pressure Pipe (abbreviated as SFRCP) is a composite pipe formed by melt compounding, using polyethylene as the matrix and a mesh skeleton reinforced with high-strength ultra-fine steel fibers (with a strength of up to 2500 MPa and a diameter of less than 0.4 mm) wound in continuous left and right spirals as the reinforcement, with polyethylene as the outer layer. The pipe is suitable for outdoor buried drainage, reclaimed water, firefighting water transmission, petroleum gathering and injection, industrial slurry transportation, high-pressure water supply systems, and other applications where the medium temperature does not exceed 80°C. The company can produce products in various specifications ranging from DN50 to DN630 mm, with pressures from 1.25 to 4.0 MPa.
