Overview: The YLZ type mobile grid decontaminator is a new model designed by our company to meet the needs of large flow and wide channel grid cleaning. It is based on the original LZ type three-wire rope grid decontaminator, with the addition of a horizontally movable trolley mechanism and drive control. The design takes into account the characteristics of large water intake structures with heavy loads, using a large-capacity grab bucket to remove debris and impurities from the water. Two of the three wire ropes slowly and steadily lift the grab bucket to the discharge port under the drive of the main motor, while the middle wire rope, driven by a differential motor, flips the grab bucket. Combined with the scraper mechanism, the grid residue is removed to achieve the purpose of decontamination. In use, one decontaminator can be used to clean multiple sets of parallel grids, resulting in low investment, good results, and high utilization. The three wire ropes work in coordination through sensors, allowing the grab bucket to lift and open/close freely. The moving mechanism moves smoothly on the track under the drive of the moving motor, with positioning switches and pins at predetermined positions, enabling accurate positioning at any set of grid locations. Used at the inlets of water plants with wide intake channels; rain and sewage lift pump stations; sewage treatment plants; power plants, etc., to sequentially remove floating debris and impurities from the water body, protecting the safe operation of subsequent process equipment. Meaning of Model Specifications : Features: 1. Unique frame structure, with the lower part being the grid fixed on the channel, and the upper part being the mobile decontaminator. The drums of the three-wire rope are installed on the inclined surface of the upper frame, making the structure compact, with sensors installed at appropriate positions. 2. Special large-capacity, heavy-duty "grab bucket" type rake bucket, guided by rollers on both sides and pulled by two wire ropes to ensure smooth operation. 3. Thorough and clean discharge: a discharge scraper is installed at an appropriate position on the upper frame to effectively scrape the debris from the rake bucket to the discharge port for removal. 4. The lifting and opening/closing of the rake bucket are driven by two independently working gear reduction motors. Under the control of the control system, the decontamination operation is carried out in the specified sequence. 5. Moving mechanism: composed of a drive device, track, limit device, positioning mechanism, and corresponding control mechanism, ensuring accurate positioning and safe, reliable operation. 6. Electrical control: PLC can control automatic operation based on the liquid level detectors before and after the grid; it can also perform timed control; terminals are reserved in the control box for connection to the main unit to achieve remote control; and manual switches are provided on-site for manual operation; operation is simple, flexible, safe, and reliable. 7. An operation room is provided on the mobile work platform to accommodate manual operation on-site. 8. To prevent accidental overload, it has emergency stop and various fault display and alarm functions. Outline Structure and Dimension Base Diagram: Ordering Instructions: 1. The grid bars, rake bucket, debris baffle, and wire rope of this equipment are made of stainless steel as standard, while other components are made of carbon steel. 3. This equipment comes with one set of control box, available in indoor and outdoor types; customers should specify when ordering. 4.
