Overview: The LZ-type three-wire rope bar screen cleaner is a solid-liquid separation and debris removal equipment designed by our company for large and medium-sized water intake structures. It was granted a Chinese national patent in 1999, thus receiving intellectual property protection. The design takes into account the high-load characteristics of large water intake structures, using a large-capacity bucket to rake and remove debris from the water. Among the three wire ropes, two are driven by the main motor to slowly and steadily lift the rake bucket to the discharge port. The middle wire rope, driven by a differential motor, flips the rake bucket and, in coordination with the scraping mechanism, discharges the screened residue to achieve debris removal. The three wire ropes work in默契配合 through sensors, allowing the rake bucket to open and close freely. This equipment can be widely used in large and medium-sized water treatment plants; rain and sewage lift pump stations; sewage treatment plants; power plant intakes, etc., to intercept and remove large floating objects and bottom sediment, protecting pump impellers and reducing the processing load on subsequent process equipment. Performance Features: 1. Unique frame structure, divided into two parts: the lower part integrates with the screen bars to intercept debris, while the upper part houses the lifting transmission device. The three-wire rope drums are installed on the inclined surface of the upper frame, with a compact structure and sensors placed at appropriate positions for safety and reliability. 2. Specialized large-capacity, heavy-duty "grab-type" rake bucket. Guided by two rollers on both sides and pulled by two wire ropes to ensure stable operation. 3. Thorough and complete discharge. A discharge scraper is installed at an appropriate position on the upper frame to effectively scrape the debris from the rake bucket to the discharge port. 4. The lifting and opening/closing of the rake bucket are driven by two independently operating gear reduction motors. Under the control of the system, debris removal operations are carried out in the set sequence. 5. Electrical control: PLC can control automatic operation based on liquid level detectors before and after the screen; it can also be set for timed control; a PLC interface is available for remote control; manual switches are provided on-site for manual operation; simple, flexible, safe, and reliable operation. 6. Equipped with emergency stop, various fault displays, and alarm functions to prevent accidents. External Structure and Dimension Base Table: Ordering Instructions: 1. When ordering, please provide details such as screen channel width, channel depth, installation angle, bar spacing, etc., and provide a process design diagram of the screen channel. 2. For standard supply, the screen bars, rake bucket, debris baffle, and wire ropes are made of stainless steel, while other components are carbon steel. 3. The equipment comes with one set of control boxes, available in indoor and outdoor types. Customers should specify their choice when ordering. 4.
