The continuous winding process of FRP winding equipment is used to produce GRP pipes and tanks in a continuous manner, applying a mixed FRP laminate to a continuous molding mold on a moving steel belt. The mold is formed by a continuous steel belt wound around a horizontal mandrel. A layer of lining film is wound onto the mold, and pre-mixed resin/sand (raw materials such as direct roving, chopped strand, quartz sand, polyester resin, etc.) is simultaneously and continuously distributed to the appropriate position on the mold. Afterwards, a layer of surface roving is applied—after winding, the pipe is transported to the curing position—and completed with online cutting and polishing. 1. Set the "Auto Manual Semi-Auto" switch of the FRP winding machine to the "Semi-Auto" position, and the machine will enter semi-automatic mode; 2. Set the main spindle switch "Forward Spindle Reverse" to "Forward" or "Reverse," and slowly rotate the main spindle speed control knob to start the spindle rotation; 3. As needed, set the "Left Carriage Right" switch to "Left" or "Right." The "Current Winding Mode" window will indicate the carriage movement direction, such as "Headstock" or "Tailstock," and the carriage of the FRP winding machine will start moving. When the spindle accelerates, the carriage also automatically accelerates. 4. In semi-automatic mode, the initial roving width is the value set during "Linear Design." If there is a difference from the actual pitch in semi-automatic mode, the roving width can be increased or decreased using the "Carriage Accelerate" and "Carriage Decelerate" buttons; 5. The length of semi-automatic winding is arbitrary and depends on the position of the "Left Carriage Right" switch of the FRP winding machine. When the switch is in the middle position, the carriage stops; 6. The stopping method for the FRP winding machine is: first set the "Left Carriage Right" switch to the middle position, then set the "Auto Manual Semi-Auto" switch to the middle position to exit semi-automatic mode.
