Tianjin Kaiyue Customized Double Flange Level Gauge with Remote Differential Pressure Transmitter

The Kaiyue Customized Double Flange Remote Differential Pressure Transmitter is primarily used to measure the liquid level or differential pressure in sealed tanks, and for sanitary tanks, it is used to measure the liquid level. Its purpose is to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the pressure sensing component of the double flange transmitter. It is connected to the transmitter via capillaries filled with fluid, which avoids the impact of the measured medium on the measurement through the pressure guide tube. The effects of the pressure guide tube on measurement include: crystallization, solidification, vaporization (boiling), condensation, and fractionation (density change).

Applications

Suitable for isolating high-temperature media from the transmitter; measuring media that are corrosive to the transmitter's sensitive components; media that solidify or crystallize due to environmental or temperature changes; applications requiring strict purification of the measuring head when changing the measured medium; suspended liquids or high-viscosity media; measuring heads that must remain clean and sanitary; measurement in sealed pressure vessels, etc. It is widely used in liquid level measurement instruments, especially in petroleum, chemical, and petrochemical production processes.
