Principle of SSQ85 Foam Transfer Pump
The pump body contains a pair of driving and driven gears. The engine drives the driving gear to rotate, and the two gears mesh with each other. This divides the internal space of the pump into two working chambers: A is the suction chamber, and B is the discharge chamber. As the gears rotate, when a tooth disengages from meshing, a partial vacuum is created in the suction chamber, drawing in the liquid. The drawn liquid fills the tooth spaces and is carried to the discharge chamber. When the gears continue to mesh, the liquid is squeezed out. This cycle repeats, forming high-pressure liquid that is discharged through the outlet.

Precautions Before Using the Foam Transfer Pump
1. Use gasoline with an octane rating of 90# or higher and SE15-40 four-stroke engine oil. Do not use unclean oil. Fill the oil to the full level, ensuring it does not fall below the minimum warning line, and avoid overflow.
2. Check all fasteners before use.
3. Inspect the air filter.

Operation of the Foam Transfer Pump
1. Starting
Open the fuel valve, adjust the choke to the half-closed position, set the speed control knob to the appropriate position, gently pull the starter handle until resistance is felt, then turn the electric start switch to the "ON" position to start.
Note: Ensure the engine runs at low speed for 3-5 minutes initially. During this period, check connections, fasteners, and for any fuel leaks. Do not apply load to the engine during this time to avoid damage.
2. Stopping
1) Reduce the throttle to the minimum and let the engine run for one to two minutes.
2) Turn off the switch.
Do not stop the engine while it is running at high speed.
