Deaeration
The prepared liquid enters the deaeration tank, where the vacuum level is maintained at -0.5 to -0.8 bar. During deaeration, air is removed from the liquid, effectively preventing oxidation reactions and better preserving the nutritional content and color of the liquid. Additionally, the deaeration tank is equipped with an aroma recovery device, which recovers the aromatic components removed during deaeration and returns them to the liquid, thereby better retaining the liquid's aroma.
Blending
Operators add concentrated juice, pulp, and other raw and auxiliary materials into the blending tank according to the recipe requirements. After blending, the sensory indicators of the liquid, as well as physicochemical indicators such as soluble solid content and total acidity, are tested. Once the liquid passes the inspection, it is filtered through a 60-200 mesh screen and proceeds to the next process.
Aseptic Filling
Aseptic filling involves filling sterile liquid into sterile containers in an aseptic environment, with the filling temperature kept below 25°C. Compared to hot filling, this method better preserves the taste and nutritional value of the product.
Inkjet Coding
Online inkjet coding is performed at the designated location on the product. The coding must include the time down to the second, as well as production line and team codes, to facilitate product traceability.
High-Pressure Homogenization
This process refines large particles in the liquid, such as fruit pulp and fibers, allowing the components to mix more thoroughly and creating a more stable liquid system, thereby improving product quality.
