If using glacial acetic acid, add 28cc of glacial acetic acid to 72cc of water to obtain 28% acetic acid. More commonly, it is sold at 56% concentration, as adding an equal amount of water yields 28% acetic acid. Concentrations above 28% may damage acetate fibers and Dynel fibers.
