Structural and Material Requirements:

The main frame of the ventilation door should be made of steel profiles, adopting a double-layer fence structure. The fence should be welded from steel bars with a diameter not less than 16mm, and the single grid size should not exceed 25cm×6cm or 12cm×13cm.

It should be equipped with an internal insect-proof steel mesh, with a single mesh size not exceeding 1cm×1cm. The part of the fence 40cm above the ground should have 3mm protective steel plates welded on both the inside and outside.

The door body must have sufficient strength, with firm and reliable welding. Under the action of a single person using ordinary tools, the welding points should not crack, and the local plastic deformation of the frame should not exceed 2cm.

Lock and Bolt Design:

The ventilation door should have two lock positions: one for an external hidden beam lock hole and one for an internal padlock hole.

The internal padlock should be located in a concealed place on the inner side of the door. The locking and unlocking of the padlock should be done through the unlocking hole on the ventilation door. The size of the unlocking hole should not exceed 10cm×15cm, and it should be equipped with a small locked door.

A locked bolt should be installed on the inner side of the door. The bolt should function in three directions: top, bottom, and opening edge, with a cross-sectional area not less than 490mm2 and an effective extension length not less than 30mm.

Anti-Destruction Capability:

The anti-destruction capability of the ventilation door should meet the first-level standard, with an anti-destruction time of not less than 25 minutes.

Hinge and Installation Requirements:

Each door should have no fewer than two hinges to ensure the stability and anti-destruction capability of the door body.

Additional Functions:

The ventilation door should incorporate intelligent monitoring design, and some door bodies can be equipped with alarm systems to achieve multiple layers of protection.

The above requirements ensure that the ventilation door, while meeting ventilation functions, possesses efficient anti-theft performance, making it suitable for the anti-theft security construction of ordnance warehouses.
