"Technical Requirements for Armory Anti-Theft" (GJB 2805B-2021) is a military standard, issued on July 6, 2021, and officially implemented on September 1. The specific requirements for moisture-proof airtight doors in this standard are as follows:

Structure and Materials

• Main Structure: The moisture-proof airtight door should be of steel structure with sufficient strength, and the main steel plate thickness of the door should not be less than 4mm.

• Anti-Rust Treatment: All steel plates, including the door, door hinges, and door frame, must undergo anti-rust treatment, with the primer coated with anti-rust paint at least three times.

Moisture-Proof and Sealing Performance

• Sealing Device: The opening and compression sealing device of the door should be firmly fixed and operable only from the inside of the door. Under the action of ordinary tools, this device should not deform, loosen, or shift.

• Sealing Effect: After installation, it should be impermeable to light, airtight, and waterproof, with no water leakage within 2 hours when inspected in a horizontal position.

• Special Design: In some designs, the door frame is formed by welding 8~10mm thick Q235B steel plates or 80×80×3.0mm galvanized square tubes, with full welding at the connection to the wall and filled with polyurethane foam sealant, externally covered with stainless steel sealing strips. The outer layer of the door leaf is a 4mm thick Q235B steel plate, with a cross-shaped reinforcement welded on the inner side, the interlayer filled with fire-resistant rock wool or non-absorbent insulation material, and the inner layer is a 2mm thick galvanized steel plate with a nano moisture-proof coating sprayed on the surface.

Locks and Safety Devices

• Lock Type: Locks should be mechanical combination locks or electronic combination locks, complying with the relevant regulations of GA/T 73-2015 and GA 374-2019.

• Lock Installation Requirements: Locks should be firmly and reliably fixed. After the door is locked, the overall anti-break-in capability of the door should not be less than 40 minutes. They should be able to control the opening and closing of the access door on the airtight door. When fixed with bolts, the number of bolts should not be less than 4, and they should not be removable or destructible from outside the door.

• Bolt Configuration: In some designs, the top and bottom bolts are made of solid round steel with a diameter ≥20mm, cross-sectional area ≥490mm2, extension length ≥30mm, and the linkage switch is located on the inside of the door.

Anti-Theft and Anti-Break-in Capability

• Anti-Break-in Capability: Anti-theft grade one, with anti-break-in capability not less than 40 minutes. In some designs, the resistance to ordinary tool break-in is ≥40 minutes, and resistance to power tool break-in is ≥25 minutes.

• Structural Reinforcement: The connection between the door frame and the door leaf adopts a mortise and tenon plus welding dual connection, with weld strength ≥80% of the base material. An X-shaped reinforcement (10mm thick steel plate) is added inside the door leaf, improving overall impact resistance by 20%.

Other Requirements

• Size Requirements: The door size is generally about 3m×4m (specific dimensions are based on the drawings).

• Hinge Requirements: The number of hinges per door should not be less than 2.

• Locking Requirements: The number of locks for a single door should not be less than 10; for double doors, it should not be less than 15. All locks should operate in a single聯(lián)動(dòng) action.
