Utilizing corrosion-resistant and highly efficient microfiber coalescing material as the main filtration medium, the filter element of this system consists of a pre-filtration layer, microfiber layer, support layer, filtration layer, and gravity settling layer. This composition ensures that all solid particles larger than 3μm in the compressor output air are completely filtered out. Extremely tiny oil-water vapor dissolved particles, approximately 0.01-1μm in size, are coalesced into larger oil droplets as they pass through the filter element. These droplets accumulate at the bottom of the filter and are siphoned back into the lubrication system via the oil return pipe located in the recessed area at the base, resulting in cleaner, oil-free compressed air output from the compressor.
