Overview

The UHZ series magnetic flap float level gauge uses a magnetic float as the measuring element, with magnetic steel driving the flap display, requiring no external energy. It is suitable for various environments from low temperature to high temperature, vacuum to high pressure. It is an ideal liquid level measurement product for industrial sectors such as petroleum and chemical industries.
The magnetic float level gauge, equipped with upper and lower limit switch outputs, can achieve remote alarm and limit control. Equipped with a transmitter, it can achieve remote indication, detection, and control of the liquid level. Depending on the installation position on the container, it offers two installation methods: side-mounted and top-mounted. Depending on the working medium, it provides two materials: stainless steel and ABS engineering plastic; among which ABS is particularly suitable for corrosive media such as acids and alkalis.
The UHZ series magnetic flap float level gauge has the following structural features:
1. Basic Type
The level gauge operates based on the buoyancy principle. The float moves up and down inside the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flaps to flip 180° through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flaps turn from white to red; when it falls, the flaps turn from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level.
2. Upper and Lower Limit Switch Output
Utilizing the movement of the magnetic float with the liquid level, the reed switch installed at the set position on the level gauge's vertical tube is activated, achieving on-off control or alarm.
3. Electrical Remote Transmission
A transmitter is installed on the magnetic float level gauge. The transmitter consists of a sensor and a converter. Through the up and down movement of the magnetic float, the measuring elements inside the tube are sequentially activated via magnetic coupling, obtaining changes in resistance signals, which are converted into standard current signals of 0～10 or 4～20mA output. This allows connection with digital display instruments or computers to achieve remote display and control.
