We have committed to developing our business in leading technologies, and continuously improved and updated equipments and manufacturing methods since our foundation. Up to now, we have applied 16 patents, including 12 utility model patents and 4 patents for an invention. Starting from a small plant with an annual output of 400 tons, we now have become the second biggest manufacturer (in 2011) in this trade of China, with an annual output of 11,000 tons of active carbon, CNY 81.62 million of sales incomes, CNY 6.85 million of taxes, CNY 12.18 million of net profits and CNY 180 million of assets.
Moreover, we have obtained a number of honors from governments: leading enterprise in the bamboo industry of China, AAA enterprise of China for good image, famous brand product of Fujian province, AAA credit-ranked enterprise of ABC of Fujian province, trustable enterprise of Fujian province, Bank-trustable enterprise of Fujian province, good enterprise of Fujian province for quality management, good enterprise of Fujian province for customer satisfied product, leading manufacturing enterprise of Fujian province in the field of agricultural and forestry products, famous brand product in the township enterprise of Fujian province, Circular economy demonstration enterprise of Fujian province and national science and technology innovation demonstration enterprises, etc.
To increase outputs, we invested CNY 40 million and started to build an 8,000t/a of automatic production line for active carbon since August, 2011. Developed by our company independently, this product line is the most advanced production line in China for wood active carbon, with the biggest output for one machine and highest automatic level. At the same time, we use the latest energy-saving and discharge-reducing technologies of China into this production line. In next five year, we will be able to produce 50,000 tons (about CNY 500 million) of active carbon every year, and will offer CNY 36 million of taxes and get CNY 50 million of profits.
