Deep Well Anode Body

The factory-preassembled deep well anode body consists of noble metal oxide tubular anode strings, vent pipes, carbon filler, and steel casing. The noble metal oxide tubular anode strings (composed of 3-4 anodes) are fixed at the center of the steel casing, and after installing the vent pipes, the surrounding area is filled with coke filler. It offers advantages such as long service life, safety and convenience, and low grounding resistance. The factory-preassembled noble metal oxide anode significantly shortens the engineering construction cycle while effectively ensuring the construction quality of the anode ground bed, a key component of the cathodic protection system.

It can be adapted to different environments, such as seawater, freshwater, and soil media. Originally used in the chlor-alkali industry, mixed metal oxide anodes are now widely applied in the field of cathodic protection. They primarily involve coating a layer of active mixed metal oxides onto a titanium substrate. Because titanium is used as the material, the finished anode is lightweight, facilitating transportation and installation, and can be processed into any desired shape. Due to the oxide layer on the surface, this mixed metal oxide anode exhibits many excellent physical and chemical properties. For example, it is highly resistant to acid and has a very low consumption rate.
