Applications and characteristics: Automotive seating and interior molded polyether, paving material polyether. Used in combination with grafted polyethers from polymer polyols for the production of high-resilience cold-cure foam in automotive, motorcycle, and bicycle seats, steering wheels, etc. It can also be used in the preparation of automotive sealants. This 3-functional, 6000 molecular weight high-activity polyether polyol is suitable for the production of high-resilience slabstock foam, effectively enhancing foam resilience. It is also used in various molded foams, featuring high reactivity and short demolding time, making it ideal for automotive interior materials. Compared to EP-330N, EP-3600 produces foam with better resilience, though with a corresponding reduction in hardness. This product can also be used in CASE series products, effectively improving the tensile strength and resilience of the final products.
