Uses and Characteristics:

(1) Waterproofing material polyether, paving material polyether, adhesive polyether, crosslinking agent polyether, low unsaturation 400 molecular weight polypropylene oxide ether diol, used in polyurethane waterproofing series products. When used as a chain extender in polyurethane elastomers, it can increase the toughness of the product. In polyurethane grouting materials and foam sealants, it can effectively reduce the viscosity of the system. When used in polyurethane paving materials, it can enhance the toughness of the product. In polyurethane adhesive series products, it serves as a fundamental component of the soft segment structure of polyurethane products.

(2) 1000D and 2000D are used in the production and synthesis of polyurethane-type leather finishing agents. The polymer exhibits excellent strength, wear resistance, solvent resistance, and other properties. It has wide applications in rubber, coatings, adhesives, synthetic fibers, and other fields, especially as a finishing agent for high-grade leather.

(3) Paving materials and waterproofing materials: Low unsaturation 1000-8000 molecular weight polypropylene oxide ether diol can be used in polyurethane paving materials and waterproofing material series products, serving as a fundamental component of the soft segment structure of polyurethane products.

(4) Adhesives: Low unsaturation 400-8000 molecular weight polypropylene oxide ether diol can be used in polyurethane adhesive series products, serving as a fundamental component of the soft segment structure of polyurethane products.

High-functionality, high-activity 4000 molecular weight polyether can be used in the preparation of footwear materials to improve the elongation at break while enhancing the curing speed and shortening the demolding time. The DL series products are mainly targeted at CASE series products, with molecular weights ranging from 700 to 12000. In specific applications, as the molecular weight of the polyether increases, the elongation at break of the product gradually improves, the tensile strength gradually decreases, and the hardness of the product gradually reduces. Customers can select products of different molecular weights based on their product requirements, or combine them with MN-3050DF, EP-330NG, and EP-3600 to enhance the tensile strength of the product.
