The hardware section mainly includes the high-pressure steam autoclave, steam pipelines, insulation jacket, waste liquid disinfectant, and the inner chamber of the exhaust gas treatment system. The inner chamber and jacket are primarily made of stainless steel. The jacket serves to assist in heating and insulating the water vapor. The software part utilizes advanced PLC control technology to achieve full-process automatic control, and parameters such as temperature, pressure, exhaust rate, and sterilization time are set through human-machine dialogue functionality.
