III. Installation, Maintenance, and Care of Wafer-type Signal Butterfly Valve ZSXF:

1. During installation, the connecting ports of the pipe sections on both sides must be concentric with the signal valve. Any slight deviation between the signal valve and the pipe connection may affect the opening and closing function of the fire signal valve.

2. When operating the worm gear-type fire signal valve, excessive force should not be applied, as it may damage the worm gear teeth.

3. No additional flange sealing gasket is required during the connection and installation of this valve.

4. During handling and installation, care must be taken to protect the rubber sealing surfaces of both flanges, the inner cavity sealing surfaces, the circumferential sealing surfaces of the butterfly disc, and the micro switch.
