Textile Machinery Auxiliary Equipment Oil and Stain Removal Leishi Ultrasonic Reed Cleaning Machine

The LSA-E48/6000 Ultrasonic Reed Cleaning Machine is primarily used to remove adhered fly waste, size stains, oil stains, as well as contaminants and dirt from tiny gaps and dead corners on the reed, effectively cleaning various types of dirt on the reed, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of textile products.

This equipment consists of ultrasonic cleaning and bubble rinsing for the entire cleaning process. When the equipment is ready, the operator can directly place the reed on the ultrasonic cleaning rack. After completing the ultrasonic cleaning, the operator removes the reed and places it in the bubble tank for rinsing, completing the entire cleaning process.      

Operating Guide 

1. Secure the universal wheels of the ultrasonic cleaner, adjust the central leveling feet until they contact the ground, connect the input power supply AC380V, and connect the ultrasonic power aviation socket as shown in the diagram.

2. Fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank and bubble tank with water, ensuring that the cleaning solution does not overflow after placing the cleaning parts. (Cleaning agents can be added to the cleaning tank according to the customer's own process requirements.)

3. Turn the heating knob on the ultrasonic cleaning tank to the appropriate temperature for preheating. The tank is equipped with a temperature sensor that automatically heats to the set scale and stops, restarting when the temperature falls below the set value.

4. Place the reeds one by one on the cleaning rack, then place the cleaning rack into the ultrasonic cleaning tank.

5. Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator. At this point, the ultrasonic transducer begins to work, cleaning the reeds. This model features power adjustment functionality, allowing fine-tuning of the ultrasonic power via a knob. (Preset at the factory, generally no operation required.)

6. Set the cleaning work using the timer function as follows:

On the time controller, set the time by hour, minute, and second digits: H for hours, M for minutes, S for seconds. After setting the time, turn on the ultrasound, and the cleaning process will proceed according to the preset time, stopping automatically when the time is reached. For the second cleaning, the system will still operate according to the set time, repeating the cycle.

7. After cleaning in the first tank is completed, remove the cleaning rack and place it into the second tank. Turn on the bubble button to make the hot water churn, rinsing the workpiece. If conditions allow, supplement with clean water for overflow and repeated rinsing to ensure cleanliness.
