Rubber Sleeve: The innermost layer is a thin-walled rubber sleeve that tightly fits the outer wall of the pipeline, forming a reliable seal to effectively prevent leakage.

Foam Board: The middle layer is a foam rubber board of a certain thickness with good elasticity, serving as a filler. Its ample deformation capacity evenly transfers the tightening pressure from the outer stainless steel live sleeve to the inner foam rubber board and rubber sleeve, thereby eliminating the impact of factors such as uneven pipe end surfaces, uneven rib height, and ovality on sealing performance.

Stainless Steel Plate: The outer layer is an open stainless steel live sleeve. The tightening force of the live sleeve on the inner rubber sleeve can be adjusted via the fastening bolts on the live sleeve to ensure sealing. Simultaneously, the stainless steel live sleeve compensates for the ring stiffness of the pipe connection area.

III. Main Applications: Widely used for various flexible pipelines, including municipal drainage pipe networks, chemical pipelines, and other pipeline connections, as well as emergency repairs of engineering pipelines. Primarily applied to prefabricated interface connections for plastic-steel composite纏繞 pipes, double flat-wall (hollow-wall) plastic-steel纏繞 pipes, steel belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipes, inspection wells, septic tanks, and catchment wells. It can also be used for connections between flexible pipelines and rigid interfaces, such as pump stations and flanges.
