The Tianzhida brand handheld extrusion plastic welding gun TZD-HQ-Ⅲ produced by our company is a new third-generation plastic welder developed based on extensive market research and feedback from customers during construction. It is an improved version of the TZD-HQ-Ⅱ model, incorporating technical features similar to those of German and Italian products. This new welder integrates hot air preheating and plastic welding rod extrusion into one unit. It uses a German-original imported main unit and operates on a standard 220V AC power supply. The hot air feature offers continuously adjustable electric temperature control and variable speed functionality. By replacing the original gear-driven mechanism with a screw extrusion system, the extrusion power is significantly enhanced, greatly increasing the welding rod output. It is particularly suitable for extruding PE and PP plastics and can operate continuously for several hours. Larger gaps can be welded in a single pass. Compared to the second generation, the third-generation welding gun has undergone major upgrades: its overall size has been reduced by 6 centimeters, providing more operating space. Additionally, the welding gun handle can be freely adjusted for more flexible use. It comes with an independent welding shoe, making replacement more convenient.

TZD-HJ-Z6000 is the sixth-generation intelligent electrofusion welding machine newly developed by our company. It is primarily used for electrofusion sleeves (straps) where the embedded electrofusion mesh (wire) generates heat upon electrification, causing the surface of the pipes and fittings to melt. After cooling and solidification, the plastic pipes are welded together. The welder features microcomputer-controlled design, compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy mobility. It adopts a dual-voltage system without the need for a conversion key, allowing connection to either 220V or 380V power sources. Building on the previous model, it incorporates an optical alarm function, providing users with more direct parameters and enhancing both practicality and safety. It is a stable, intelligent machine with dual power supply and dual display.
