The refractory plastic produced by Luoyang Jinkai Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. is a type of unshaped refractory material in mud or paste form, constructed by ramming, vibrating, or extrusion methods. It is formulated with aggregates such as high-alumina clinker, corundum, mullite, and silicon carbide, using different binders and additives. It features excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, and a high service temperature (not lower than 1600°C). The construction process is simple with a short duration, and no furnace drying is required after completion. Its service life is significantly longer than other wear-resistant refractory materials, making it widely suitable for industries such as power generation, metallurgy, steel, ceramics, and chemicals. In the steel industry, it is mainly used as lining for various heating furnaces, soaking pits, annealing furnaces, sintering furnaces, and electric furnace roofs. The ramming construction technique is suitable for thin sections such as furnace water walls. The constructed wear-resistant layer exhibits high strength and abrasion resistance, meeting the performance requirements of wear-resistant refractory materials for boilers. In boilers, wear-resistant refractory plastic is primarily used in the dense phase zone of the furnace and steam-cooled cyclone separators. In these areas, the wear-resistant refractory material is designed as a single-layer rammed structure, fixed with wear-resistant pins, with a relatively thin design thickness applied directly to the construction surface.
