Product Overview
D-18C is a novel multifunctional additive primarily composed of modified resin with brightening components, used in metal die-casting release agents. It is suitable for aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys. It features brightening, corrosion inhibition, and lubrication properties; the product is water-based, environmentally friendly, colorless, odorless, and non-toxic.

Technical Indicators
1. Directly add this product to die-casting release agent concentrate or other aluminum alloy metalworking fluids, and mix evenly;
2. Dosage: Release agent concentrate (including colorless transparent die-casting systems) (solid content 45%-50%): 4%-8%; Water-based plunger oil concentrate: 5%-10%;
3. Effects become apparent after approximately 7 days of continuous use.
4. Effects (Emulsion-type release agent):
① Brightening performance: Continuous use significantly enhances the brightness of die-cast parts; product surface brightness is further improved compared to D-18; it has a broader application range;
② Corrosion inhibition performance: Phenomena such as darkening and discoloration of die-cast parts disappear or are delayed by approximately 6 times;
③ Lubrication performance: Excellent inherent lubrication, allowing the dilution ratio of release agent concentrate to increase by 10%-20%;
