XP1056N Polyether Defoamer
I. Product Characteristics
Composed of dispersing agents, polyethers, and defoaming synergists;
Stable performance during storage, can be used after high-ratio dilution;
When used as an internal additive component (e.g., textile auxiliaries, metalworking fluids, etc.), it has minimal impact on product appearance. Compared to conventional silicone products, it offers outstanding foam suppression performance, along with good compatibility and resistance to degradation.

IV. Regulatory Compliance
(1) The composition does not contain NP or APEO;
(2) The composition does not contain substances listed in the REACH Regulation SVHC inventory;
(3) The composition does not contain substances restricted under the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
V. How to Use
(1) XP1056N Defoamer is a mixture and may stratify or form slight sediment during storage, which is normal. Users are advised to stir slightly before use (stirring speed 30 rpm-60 rpm), which does not affect performance.
(2) This product can be diluted with thickened water. During dilution, the stirring speed should be 30 rpm-60 rpm, and the stirring time is recommended not to exceed 10 minutes. For specific dilution methods, please contact our customer service department. The company assumes no responsibility for adverse consequences resulting from incorrect usage.
(3) For on-site use, it is recommended to add the defoamer at points where it can be easily dispersed. Specific applications are as follows:
Metalworking fluids: Added directly as a formulation component or used on-site; dosage is 0.1%-1% of the total formulation;
Industrial cleaning: Added directly as a formulation component or used on-site during cleaning; dosage is 0.1%-1% of the total formulation;
Water-based inks: Generally added during ink preparation or to the final product; dosage is 0.1%-1% of the total formulation;
Textile auxiliaries: Added directly as a formulation component or used on-site; dosage is 0.1%-1% of the total formulation;
Textile soft flakes: Added in the reaction kettle during soft flake production or to the final product;
Water-based wood coatings: Defoamer is typically added during the grinding and filling stages or added once during grinding; dosage is generally between 2.5‰—3‰;
Water-based adhesives: Added as a formulation component to the adhesive; dosage is 0.1%-5%;
Pesticide liquid formulation synthesis:
Suspension concentrates: Added during high-speed grinding or shearing; dosage is 0.1%-0.5%;
Emulsifiable concentrates/microemulsions: Defoamer is added after emulsification; dosage is 0.1%-0.5%;
Aqueous solutions: Defoamer is added during the stirring and preparation process; dosage is 0.1%-0.5%;
Landfill leachate: Generally sprayed at points where foam accumulates or added directly at the pool inlet where fluidity is good. Defoamer dosage ranges from 0.5 ppm to 100 ppm.
Note: The addition point, dosage, method of addition, and dilution ratio should be determined by the customer based on actual on-site conditions through testing.
VI. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 25L or 200L plastic drums. It should be stored indoors in a ventilated, dry environment at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C. Do not place near heat sources, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Do not store with corrosive substances. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to this product. Store as a general chemical. After use, ensure it is sealed to prevent deterioration. In case of fire, extinguish as for general petroleum products.
Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the production date for unopened packaging.
