Grid enterprises are responsible for guiding and cooperating with project entities in the grid connection operation and acceptance of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. They sign power purchase and sale contracts with project entities and separately measure the total electricity generation and grid-connected electricity of distributed projects. Grid enterprises shall settle grid-connected electricity fees with project entities according to the nationally stipulated feed-in tariff.

       Users purchasing electricity from the grid follow normal electricity pricing policies.         Photovoltaic power generation projects can be built by power users themselves or implemented through energy performance contracting. Energy service companies should sign energy service agreements with power users in accordance with national regulations on energy performance contracting. Self-consumed electricity from user-built photovoltaic systems is not traded. For self-consumed photovoltaic electricity generated by project owners installed on the roofs of other power users, settlement is conducted between the project owner and the power user based on the energy performance contracting agreement.
