Aluminum fiber acoustic panels mainly consist of four parts: aluminum mesh panel, aluminum fiber core material (sound absorption), aluminum foil, and aluminum micro mesh (to prevent sound reflection).

Aluminum fiber acoustic panels combine perforated aluminum panels with core material, which absorbs sound and reduces sound wave reflection, thereby achieving noise reduction.

Aluminum fiber acoustic panels feature durability and stain resistance, capable of withstanding years of exposure to sunlight and rain without issues, with a relatively long service life of up to 25 years or more.

Appropriate cavities provide excellent sound absorption performance from low to high frequencies.

Tensile strength: Longitudinal 60-95 kg/cm, Transverse 420-530 kg/cm

3. Ultra-thin and lightweight

Thickness generally ranges from 1.3-3.0 mm, with surface density of 1.5-3.5 kg/㎡.

4. Due to its minimal volume, it is very convenient for transportation and storage.

5. Good weather resistance

The material contains no binders, is entirely made of metal, non-combustible, non-corrosive, non-toxic, water-resistant, freeze-resistant, heat-resistant, and suitable for use in various environments. After 4000 hours of salt spray testing, the surface shows no rust or corrosion.

6. Low water absorption: The product itself does not absorb water. If water droplets splash on the panel, they easily run off, and any remaining moisture evaporates and dries quickly. Water absorption rate is approximately 1.3%.

7. Decorative

The panel surface can be sprayed in various colors or covered with other decorative materials, offering rich and aesthetically pleasing colors with decorative effects.

8. Easy processing and installation

The panels are highly workable, easy to drill, bend, and cut. During installation, no fiber dust is generated, avoiding environmental pollution and ensuring worker safety. Installation is simple and convenient.

9. Large panel size

Can be processed into various shapes, with a panel width of 1200 mm, unlimited length, and thickness customizable according to customer requirements. Common thicknesses include 1.3 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.0 mm, and 3.0 mm.
