3. Characteristics: White crystalline powder or flaky crystals, specific gravity 2.220, loses crystal water at 100°C, soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in water (1.8%). Generally contains free phosphoric acid, hygroscopic (30°C), aqueous solution is acidic (pH 3).

5. Uses: In the food industry, it is used as a leavening agent, dough conditioner, buffer, tissue improver, firming agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent, etc. For example, as a leavening agent for baked goods and pastries. It serves as a fermentation aid, buffer, and pectin firming agent (gelling action) in bread and biscuits, as well as a tissue improver for yeast and meat products. In brewing, it increases saccharification power and enhances fermentation capacity.
6. Packaging: Lined with plastic bags, outer composite plastic woven bags, net weight 25kg per bag.
7. Storage and Transportation Precautions: This product should be stored sealed in a dry and ventilated warehouse. Protect from rain and moisture during transportation. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent packaging damage. Store separately from harmful and toxic substances.
