The star-type ash discharge valve relies on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder's working mechanism to discharge materials from the silo and continuously and evenly feed them into the next device. The star-type ash discharge valve mainly consists of a motor, reducer, housing, impeller, main shaft, bearings, and left and right end covers. It adopts a high-quality steel plate welded structure, with wear-resistant blades, integrating the transmission device, drive shaft, and blades into one unit. Since the bearings and reducer of the star-type ash discharge valve protrude outward, it avoids dust squeezing into the bearings and large particles jamming the mechanism. During operation, the geared motor drives the impeller to rotate via a coupling, evenly conveying materials from the upper part of the housing to the lower part. High-temperature resistant type: Due to the varying temperature rises during material conveying and at the discharge outlet, as temperature affects the expansion of the body and is detrimental to the bearings and oil seal system, our factory has designed a high-temperature resistant external structure ash discharge valve. It separates the operating parts from the box section in contact with the material, ensuring the safe operation of bearings and oil seal systems unaffected by temperature fluctuations. This type of product is not only resistant to high

temperatures but also highly effective for conveying and receiving hygroscopic materials and metallic powders. These materials have penetrative properties that can bypass oil seals and directly enter bearings, causing operational failure and mechanical damage. Thanks to its external design, it does not come into contact with the material. The high-temperature resistant ash discharge valve can handle material temperatures up to 500°C and uses sprocket connections.

Pressure-resistant type: It employs a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction-type, pressure-type pneumatic conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. It ensures no leakage of airflow pressure within the conveying pipe, enabling safe material conveying and collection. Hence, it is referred to as a universal airlock in this context. It not only withstands pressure but also incorporates the functions of standard types.
