It adopts a high-quality steel plate welded structure, with wear-resistant blades, integrating the transmission device, transmission shaft, and blades into one unit. Since the bearings and reducer of the star-type ash discharge valve protrude outward, it can prevent dust from squeezing into the bearings and large particles of material from jamming. During operation, the geared motor drives the impeller to rotate via a coupling, evenly conveying the material from the upper part of the housing to the lower part, where it is then transported away by the next device. Therefore, the star-type ash discharge valve can only be installed upright and is not allowed to be installed horizontally. The upper part of the feeder must maintain a certain material column.

Usage precautions: 1. Before using the star-type discharger, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace the oil after one month of operation, and then once a year thereafter. 2. Connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign objects. Ensure the interface is clean and unobstructed. 3. Before using the star-type discharger, make sure the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the extended shaft end of the reducer, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover). 4. Before using the star-type discharger, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain, and inspect it regularly during operation. At the same time, apply suitable lubricating grease to the chain and sprocket. 5. Throughout the use of the discharger, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is preferably 0.05 MPa greater than the material pressure inside the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air. 6. Throughout the use of the star-type discharger, the air source at the seal must always be present.
